Student Life and Experiential Education

Heschel High School students are active in an array of activities that engage them in the governance of the school; lectures and presentations by visitors from the greater community; the celebration and commemoration of holidays and important dates in the life of the school, American, and Jewish communities; planning learning and community-building activities, publications, competitions, and clubs. Most activities are student run, mentored by faculty. In all of the activities, the focus is on students having fun, learning, and taking the values of the Heschel school out into the larger communities of which we are a part.
