The Heschel Holocaust Commemoration Committee would like to collect the testimonies of all the Holocaust survivors in the Heschel Community and enter their testimonies and archival material in this Holocaust Remembrance Archive within Heschel website. The purpose of the project is to use the testimonies as a teaching tool, as well as preserve the memories of our collective community.

To date, the written testimonies of about fifty survivors have been collected into three volumes and catalogued. These volumes are located in the high school, middle school, and lower school libraries. Our goals are to add new and existing testimonies to this Archive and insure greater access to the material for students and teachers by making them available through the Heschel website.

To contribute to the archives, please contact the HHC Committee at HHC@heschel.org
